When you send a storage request or a question, we collect what you type into the form: your name, how to reach you (phone or email), and what you tell us about the storage you need, such as the kind and length of your RV or boat and when you would like to move in.

Only to answer you, arrange your rental and keep our records. We do not sell or share your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Your message is emailed to us and kept in this website's secure admin, which only we and our website provider can see. We keep it as long as we need it to answer you and manage your rental, then delete it.

This site sets one cookie of its own, which it needs to work (for example, to send forms securely). It expires after two hours and is not used to track you.

We also use Google Analytics to count visits and learn which pages are useful. It sets its own cookies and collects information about your visit, such as the pages you view, the kind of device and browser you use and the general area you are in, but it does not tell us who you are. Google handles this information for us and may store it outside Canada. To opt out, block these cookies in your browser or use Google's opt-out add-on.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you: call or email us, using the details on our contact page. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
